It is also heard that Dell is purchasing security services vendor Secure Works to expand its range of IT management aid. Its strategy aims at addressing the needs of both the end users and IT. This will be by using virtualization technologies and client-server computing. This will help in improving data security, manageability, disaster recovery and compliance.

On the other hand, Toshiba has outsourced the manufacturing of the system chips to its rival company Samsung as reported by sources. The company is favoring of conservation of resources for its specialty of manufacturing memory devices. Even after this, Toshiba manages to climb to a higher position to compete with biggies like Intel and Samsung. But, this decision may prove to be a debacle for the company.
